2025 was a good year – we had fewer claims and lower costs than expected. That is why we can award refunds (återbäring) this fall! The fact that you as a customer (and co-owner) can get a refund is one of many reasons to choose a local and customer-owned insurance company. Register your cell number and you will receive the money directly into your bank account.

You will receive your refund via Swish

You will recieve your refund via Swish, so make sure we have the cell number you have connected to Swish. You can see what cell number we have registered or submit your cell number via the app or My pages/Mina sidor. If you need more help, you can follow our simple guides (in Swedish). We need to have your cell number by October 31, 2026.

Have you downloaded our app? Then you can easily provide us with your cell number. Log into the app, go to Mer > Inställningar and click on your name. Tricky? Take a look at our guide (in Swedish) that shows you how to proceed, step by step.

  • When we have managed to create a positive result beyond what needs to be reinvested to develop our business, we can give a refund (återbäring) to our customers – who are also our owners. The fact that our customers and owners receive refunds is part of how it works in our local customer-owned company. Your refund is determined on how much you paid for your insurances in 2025, in relation to all customers. Life insurances excluded.

  • If we have your cell number that is linked to Swish, you will receive your payment via Swish at the end of November. If you do not have Swish, we will pay the refund to your account number. Then you will receive your money in mid-December.

  • You will receive information about how much you will receive as a refund this fall via Kivra or by letter.

  • Your refund is determined on how much you paid for your insurances in 2025, in relation to all customers. Life insurances excluded. You will receive information about your refund this fall via Kivra or by letter.

  • We are a customer-owned company which means that we can give refunds (återbäring) to our insurance customers, the years we make a profit. To receive a refund, you must have had at least one valid non-life insurance policy at LF Skåne the previous year. A non-life insurance policy can, for instance, be a car or home insurance. However, pension, life or medical insurances are not included.

  • In the event of a profit, refunds are distributed to our non-life insurance customers. Non-life insurance is almost all private and business insurances (such as home insurance and car insurance) but not pension, life and medical insurance.
