Länsförsäkringar Bank and Länsförsäkringar Hypotek have received a reprimand from the IMY regarding an issue from 2021
In June 2021, Länsförsäkringar reported itself to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, concerning a possible breach of the general data protection regulation. Several companies, including Länsförsäkringar Bank and Länsförsäkringar Hypotek, have today received a reprimand from the IMY because what did occur was considered a minor violation.
