S&P Global Ratings has today raised Länsförsäkringar AB’s and Länsförsäkringar Banks’s ratings to A+, with stable outlook. The upgrade reflects Länsförsäkringar’s enhanced earnings diversification and excellent capital position.
Länsförsäkringar Bank AB (publ) (”LF Bank”) announces that it will carry out an early redemption of all outstanding floating rate additional tier 1 capital notes issued on 19 of November 2020 with ISIN SE0015195615 with a current aggregate nominal amount outstanding of SEK 1,200,000,000 (the “Notes”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Sara Davidgård has been appointed as the new CEO of Länsförsäkringar Bank AB. She will join the company from her current role as Head of Business Area Private at SBAB and will assume her new position on March 31, 2026.
Länsförsäkringar Bank has received approval from the Swedish FSA to complete the acquisition of the digital savings platform SAVR. The savings market in Sweden is undergoing change with a clearly increasing demand for digital services for trading in funds and shares.
