Länsförsäkringar investigating the possibility of legal restructuring within the Länsförsäkringar AB Group
Länsförsäkringar has decided to investigate the possibility of changing the legal structure to the extent that the Länsförsäkringar AB Group's non-life insurance company, based on a merger with Länsförsäkringar AB, would become the parent company of the Group.
The main aim of changing the legal structure within the Group is to achieve a more appropriate, transparent and efficient legal organisation so that the consolidated situation for the banking operations comprises only the Bank Group.
A potential change could be implemented in 2021 at the earliest.
