Sara Davidgård has held various management positions at SBAB since 2017 and is a member of the company’s management team. Sara also has a background at Swedbank, where she served as Head of Risk Swedish Banking and held other management roles within Swedbank’s retail operations, as well as positions at Swedbank Robur.

Sara Davidgård succeeds former CEO Sven Eggefalk, who left LF on April 10, and acting CEO Martin Rydin. Martin will remain in the role until Sara takes office, after which he will return to his position as CFO of Länsförsäkringar Bank AB.

The role as CEO of Länsförsäkringar Bank AB also includes overall responsibility for the banking group’s three subsidiaries: Länsförsäkringar Hypotek, Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning, and LF Finans.

Sara will be part of Länsförsäkringar AB’s executive management team.
