Björn Dalemo is appointed new CEO of Länsförsäkringar Sak
The Board of Länsförsäkringar Sak has appointed Björn Dalemo as new CEO of Länsförsäkringar Sak. He will take office September 1st, replacing Ann Sommer, who has been CEO since 2000.
As Länsförsäkringar assembles the liability for business, development and service for the Länsförsäkringar group's non-life insurance business into one unit, Ann Sommer leaves her role as CEO of the company. She will remain within the Länsförsäkringar group and in Länsförsäkringar AB's management until the turn of the year when she retires.
Björn Dalemo is today head of the unit called LB Sak at Länsförsäkringar AB, which on 1 September will be part of the new non-life insurance unit. Björn has many years of experience from the insurance industry and has, before he became manager within Länsförsäkringar last year, held various positions at Trygg Hansa since 2002.
