Länsförsäkringar Bank: January-September 2026

”Länsförsäkringar Bank continued to deliver a positive performance in the third quarter. We are continuing to grow and strengthen our market position while delivering stable results. It is particularly gratifying that we have once again received clear confirmation of the strength of our customer offering and local profile with the results of the Swedish Quality Index’s (SQI) most recent customer satisfaction survey.

This year’s survey confirmed our position as one of the banks with the highest levels of customer satisfaction among retail customers, while we also improved our positions among corporate customers. This is a very encouraging result and clear evidence of the strength of our local presence, our close customer relationships and the strong commitment of our employees. The fact that our customers continue to give us such high ratings is particularly valuable in a fiercely competitive banking market.

We continued to see a strong trend in the mortgage market, where Länsförsäkringar Bank is continuing to outperform the market and we are capturing further market share. The positive trend also continued in savings. During the quarter, the fund volume in our own fund company exceeded SEK 500 billion, which represents a significant milestone and is a testament to the strong, long-term growth of our fund operations. Together with our ongoing efforts to develop our savings offering and the customer experience, such as the current integration of SAVR, this creates many opportunities to further strengthen our position.

We can report solid earnings for the quarter, with a continued strong underlying performance in the operations. We are focusing intensely on expenses and efficiency in order to provide an attractive offering for Länsförsäkringar’s customers. As part of these efforts, the LFAB Group issued a notice of termination of employment after the end of the quarter affecting 400 positions, some of which are in the Bank Group. At the same time, we will continue to invest in forward-looking initiatives to ensure our long-term competitiveness. Digitalisation and automation are central to this work, which involves gradually streamlining our processes, improving the customer experience and creating better conditions for our employees to meet the future needs of our customers.

In summary, the bank delivered a strong performance for the quarter. We combine high customer satisfaction with solid growth and stable earnings, while continuing to develop our operations for the future. With our strong local presence, committed employees and a constantly improving digital offering, we are well positioned to continue growing and creating security and opportunities for our customers.”, says Sara Davidgård, President of Länsförsäkringar Bank
