“Gunilla’s focus is on profitability in order to generate a return on Länsförsäkringar’s largest ever investment, which comprises this purchase of Länsförsäkringar Fondliv. This will require optimal processes for pressing costs and efficient distribution at all sales stages. The third task is to ensure that we have Sweden’s best range of funds and can offer customers high returns on their savings,” says Sten Dunér, President of Länsförsäkringar AB.

“Some 40% of our pension sales are brokered and this trend will be strengthened. Gunilla’s background as the former President of our brokerage company is essential to the work required for developing broker relations. Gunilla’s task is also a key element in providing our corporate customers with a complete offering of insurance and banking services,” says Sten Dunér.

“A range of funds with favourable returns and low fees, highly developed and continued productive relations with brokers and growth in theStockholmmarket are three factors required for success. The fourth factor is close proximity to customers at all times and offering helpful advice throughout the entire savings period. We will combine these four factors with an enhanced proactive approach and visibility,” says Gunilla Forsmark Karlsson.
